Operator: voyagersforge INC (Wyoming, USA) · Version v1.0 · Effective 2026-11-01
1. Scope
This Policy governs all proxy resources you purchase or use through this site, including direct orders, API calls, and the end customers of supplier distribution. Responsibility for any breach rests with the account that placed the order.
2. Permitted Uses
Multi-store operations for cross-border e-commerce, price and advertising monitoring, SEO and brand protection, public data collection (in compliance with the terms of the target site and the robots protocol), application and advertising testing, verification of regional content availability, and internal enterprise security testing (subject to written authorization).
3. Prohibited Uses
Sending spam, bulk account registration, fake orders and reviews, artificial traffic, and advertising fraud.
Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, account theft, circumvention of authentication, and unauthorized access to the systems of others.
DDoS attacks, port scanning and probing, exploitation of vulnerabilities, and distribution of malware or ransomware.
Financial fraud, money laundering, gambling, unlicensed financial services, counterfeit goods, and infringement of intellectual property.
Any sexual content involving minors; human trafficking, weapons, narcotics, and other unlawful transactions.
Stealing or trading personal data, and privacy-invasive tracking or harassment.
Circumventing a target platform compliance review in order to engage in any of the prohibited conduct set out above.
4. Upstream Compliance and Takedown
Our upstream suppliers are likewise subject to the laws of their own jurisdictions and to their own policies. If an upstream supplier withdraws a particular country, network range, or use case for compliance reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist with replacement or refund, but we are not liable for indirect losses arising from it.
5. Enforcement
Upon discovering a breach, we may take the following measures: warning, rate limiting, suspension of the relevant IP addresses, freezing of the balance, suspension or termination of the account, notification to the payment channel and the upstream supplier, and reporting to the competent authorities.
Where an account is terminated for breach, the unconsumed balance is handled under Section 10 of the Terms of Service, and upstream costs already incurred and investigation costs may be deducted from it.
6. Reporting
If you become aware that our resources are being used for prohibited purposes, please send an email to [email protected] and we will handle the matter within 2 business days.
